1. Duplicated once and set to screen, opacity 67%
2. New selective color layer
REDS: C -62  M 0  Y +57  B +31
YELLOWS: C +100  M 0   Y -100  B 0
WHITES: C +47  M 0  Y -16  B -26
NEUTRALS: C -5  M 0  Y 0  B +9
And that's it! Since you can't see the coloring as much as I'd like, here's a bigger version of the icon:
