I thought I'd post this because I have nothing better to do :). So here's another one, with only 2 steps (and prettyful colors)!
1. Duplicate base and set to screen 70%
2. New selective color layer;
Reds C:-100 M:0 Y:+60 B:+66
Yellows C:-67 M:0 Y:+9 B:+25
Greens C:+100 M:0 Y:-100 B:+100
Whites C:-27 M:0 Y:+34 B:0
